Auditing
We can provide you with a complete analysis of your existing HACCP program, or we can write the plan for you. We provide complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan auditing, training, and consulting. We will work with you, our partner to develop a complete program, including implementation, development and validation to verify that what you are doing what is required in your HACCP Plan.
We will work with you and your team to develop the seven HACCP Principles:
- Conduct the Hazard Analysis
- Determine Critical Control Points (CCPs)
- Establish Critical Limits for each CCP
- Develop a Monitoring System for each CCP
- Determine Corrective Actions
- Establish Verification Procedures
- Develop Record-Keeping and Documentation Procedures
If you have an existing program, we will render a complete 150 point Gap Analysis of your facility to identify areas that need to be shored up. We will audit your prerequisite programs; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), SSOP's, IPM, etc. We will make sure your Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures meet the needs of your facility. We will identify areas of need associated with your IPM program and you're Sanitation Chemicals. These are key parts of your HACCP plan and must be well established. We find the gaps, others miss.
We will work closely with your HACCP team to make sure you have developed the necessary training programs. We will work with you to make sure your training is documented, verified, validated and provide competency testing.
We can construct your flow diagrams or assist you in verifying your existing diagrams.
